Questions people ask before buying
How do they actually work?

Will these stop my snoring?
Honest answer: it depends where your snoring comes from. If you snore because your nose is blocked — a cold, allergies, a deviated septum, or just narrow passages — strips work well, and you'll usually notice the first night.
If you snore because you sleep with your mouth open, or because of obstructive sleep apnea, strips won't fix that. Sleep apnea is a medical condition and needs a doctor, not a strip.

Will they stay on all night?
Yes, if you apply them to clean, dry skin. Wash your nose, dry it fully, then press the strip down for about 30 seconds. Moisturiser, makeup and face oil are what cause strips to lift — not the adhesive.
Who shouldn't use them?
External use only. Not on broken or irritated skin. One strip per night, then bin it — they're single-use. Not suitable for children under 5. If you get any redness or irritation, stop using them. Some people find the adhesive too strong for very sensitive skin.
